Vision 20/20 and ThinAir Wireless Inc. make no representation, implied or expressed, that all information placed on this web site is accurate. The information is constantly changing and being updated. The information that is used to report on the Vision 20/20 POM Offender Locator ® originates from official public records. Registered Sex Offenders are required by law to provide their current address and the offenders themselves, which is required by law, report their current address to law enforcement and agencies. Information contained on this application provides no representations or claims as to any Registered Sex Offenders likelihood of committing an offense or re-offending or the or that they pose any sort of danger now or in the future. If you believe that information on this application or site is incorrect please contact your local police department in which you believe the error to be. They will be able to assist you directly or by referring you to the appropriate authority. It should be very clear that any type of harassment or threatening of any offenders listed on this application/site is not condoned nor encouraged by Vision 20/20 or ThinAir Wireless Inc., and is very likely to be illegal in your state to do so.
