Cannot find address.

Some addresses are not in the system and this is particularly true for new house numbers and new streets. This is easy to overcome by just simply leaving the street address blank and enter the city and state fields. Or just enter the zip code if a specific area to search is not mandatory. Keep in mind that you can always navagate around using your mouse or arrow keys on your keyboard. Once you are close to a familiar area, just right click on the map at the exact location you want to perform the new search.

Can I use a zip code?

Yes. Just enter the zip code by itself and it will locate the center of that particular zip code.

Why do you need my phone number

Your phone number is kept to allow you to receive notifications about new offenders becoming listed in your area.

How to pan the map?

Click on the map with your mouse and hold the mouse button down and then drag the mouse in the direction you want to pan. Then release the mouse.

How to zoom the map?

Zooming is making the map appear father or closer. Also know as changing the scale.

• Click on the map then rotate the mouse wheel.
• Click on the map then press the "+" or "-" key on the keyboard.
• Using the map control on the right of the screen, click the "+" or "-" buttons.
• Using the map control on the right of the screen click and drag the vertical slider below the "2D" button.
